Fitness Center Activities
16 Hours - $100 -Next Class September 2018
Come work out in the Whittier Fitness Center! Activities will include stability ball exercises, yoga stretches, resistance bands, free weights, and kettle bells. The Fitness Center has Treadmills, Spin bikes, Cross Trainers, MaxiCam weight machines, and free weight equipment. The instructor will run classes and help individuals design their own fitness programs.
