This course is an up-to-date, extensive food safety training and certification program. Materials include the 2013 FDA Food Code, the latest updates in the science of food safety, and the best practices used in the industry. The new addition also includes tools to help managers and operators implement critical food safety practices in their operation. All restaurants require this certification by state law. Upon completion and successful scoring you will be issued a ServSafe certification valid for 5 years in any state. Limited to 20 students per session.
*Cost Includes Textbook and Certification Test . Certification test will be given on site with same night results that night.
